Missing original packaging but wheel/rim is otherwise brand new never used, has never had spokes, hub, valve stem, or a tire installed. Comes as bare wheel pictured.

I purchased this wheel at a lost freight and equipment auction with some other items a few years ago. The original outer box was lost in shipping but the rim was still in the inner, original, foam, protective packaging, so this rim is, for all intents and purposes new, unused

I am not very knowledgeable about this specific rim but I am happy to take additional pictures, give additional measurements and answer any questions if you will message me through eBay.
