How to Use

 

  • According to the ratio of flour to water, it is 1:0.45 in summer and 1:0.48 in winter (This data is for reference only). Mix the flour and knead well.
  • Make the dough into a strip that is as wide as the mouth and approximately 0.4in thick.
  • Place the machine smoothly on the table and then turn on the power.
  • Put some dry flour on both sides of the prepared long dough, and then put it into the entrance.
  • Fill the powder box with dry flour.
  • Turn on the machine and wait for the dumpling skins to come out.

 

Mold replacement method: Turn on the backward switch, push the mold forward, close the switch, take out the mold, and push another mold into the mold slot.
