Another note regarding feedback:
I’ve noticed that my rating is recently go down by the points “shipping time“ and “shipping and handling charges”. Please note that I ship worldwide and that I am used to ship direct after I have received the payment, most of the time direct at the same day when possible. After I’ve post the parcels I have no chance anymore to speed up the parcels, I know that the German Post and DHL are fast shipping organizations but soon as the parcels arrived in the destination countries the local post organizations have the parcels in hand, when this organizations are not fast or the local customs need a long time for handling it’s not anymore in my hands, so it isn’t fair not to give me less than 5 stars for shipping time.
Secondly I charge only the actual shipping costs I have to pay by self and don’t forget that I don’t charge something for the packing material or the gasoline when I bring the parcels to the post office. And please remember that ebay take fees also for the shipping price, so in the most cases I have a minus by my shipping charges.
So please understand that it is very disappointing to see that my rating special by these two categories went down lately.
I let positive feedback for buyers soon as I have received feedback from them. Thank you for reading this notes and for consider them.
