1841 $100 The Northern Bank of Kentucky note from Lexington, KY.

This bank operated from 1835 until 1898 and had branches in Barboursville, Covington, Glasgow, Louisville, Paris, and Richmond. This note was payable in Louisville. 

This note features a Vignette of an early passenger train between two "C" dies. This note is listed in Haxby as SENC (Surviving Example Not Confirmed).

This note grades Fine with pinholes on the left edge, a tiny ink burn hole on the bottom left, a ~1/4" split on the top right edge and a ~1/8" split on the bottom.

It measures ~ 7" x 3".
