Cream Floral Table Runner Scarf 70" Tassels, 1990's Cottagecore

I bought this new in the 1990's and don't recall ever using it.  It has spent many years stored in a drawer and moved from one state to another.  It's time to pass this lovely table scarf on to someone who will use it.  70" plus the tassels.  12 3/4" wide.  Great condition.  Sorry about the bad lighting in the last pic.
