Vintage Edwardian to 1920s Gentlemen's Formal Waistcoat in a Silk Blend Veneziana Woven Jacquard. Lined in Cotton with a Cotton Back, Measures Chest 38-40", Waist 38", Length shoulder to hem point in front 22". 4 Functional lined shallow pockets at the front, all of the buttons have been removed. This was originally a Buckle-Back Vest, they tailored it and removed the straps and stitched them down, maybe to give him more room or a flat back fit. There was either a cotton tailor's tag or dry-cleaner's tag inside near the hem, there's a tiny tear here where it was removed and his name is inked here "McDevitt" with the number "62". Small thread pull at left front shoulder (pic), Tiny tear under the right arm (pic) and some surface dirt as expected intermittently, dirt line down the tops of the shoulders (estate-direct, I've not cleaned)...BUY-IT-NOW!
