FUTAGAMI is a new lifestyle goods brand launched by Futagami Co., Ltd., a foundry established in 1897 in Takaoka City, Toyama Prefecture, which accounts for 95% of Japan's copperware production. The company has welcomed designer Oji Masanori to the helm.
Brass, an alloy of copper and zinc, oxidizes over time, developing a patina that blends seamlessly with people and the surroundings.
Due to its high corrosion resistance and relative ease of processing, brass has long been used in a variety of fields, including architecture, ships, furniture, arts and crafts, and Buddhist altar fittings.
By combining the techniques Nijo has cultivated over the years with the designs of Oji Masanori, we create beautiful household items that fit into modern lifestyles.
This elegant towel hanger features a simple, streamlined design and is crafted from brass, which becomes more refined with use.
The brass color adds a touch of elegance to any room, creating a retro, serene space.
It blends well with both Japanese and Western styles and can be used in the kitchen, bathroom, or anywhere else.
Available in two sizes: a large size, perfect for hanging an unfolded face towel, and a small size, perfect for hanging a face towel folded in half. This is a recommended item for rooms that require attention to detail.
Please check the installation location before purchasing.
The included screws may not be usable depending on the installation location.
We also offer a long screw type that can be installed on plasterboard with a base.
