In very good to excellent condition overall. The box is in very good condition with slight creasing of the lid and back, and slight wear on the edges. The Player's Manual and Dungeon Master's Rulebook are in Like New condition, with excellent corners and spine. There are no pencil marks or markings of any kind on any of the pages. 

I purchased this around 1990 and have had it in my possession since then. It has been stored in a dry, smoke-free environment.
