The shrink on the jacket is not fully opened at the opening, so it is SEALED AND THE LP NEVER PLAYED.  The jacket does not show warping so I don't have any reason to believe the record is warped, but the jacket does have damage, particularly to the bottom right corner.  The shrink is also a torn at the top edge about 4", and part of the shrink in the back was purposefully torn off in order to stamp, "DEMONSTRATION NOT FOR SALE.  Anyway, you see what I see - what is presumably an UNPLAYED Donovan LP with damage to the jacket and a DEMONSTRATION stamp.  It may or may not have the white promo label.
