Disc has a few handfuls of light to moderate scratches.  I also tested the CD by playing it all the way through, and it played perfectly.

Label side has a little wear and some fingerprint marks.

Front insert has some light creasing/bending, some edge wear, and possibly a little age yellowing to the inside (hard to tell).

Rear insert has some light creasing/bending and some edge wear.

Case has a few cracks (See Last 3 Photos), scratches/scuffs, and some soiling.

In short, obviously used, but the CD plays perfectly.  Please see included photos.
