Vintage ELECTRO-VOICE 1828C 8 Ohm 30Watt HORN TWEETER with EV 823 Horn. It's in fine physical condition but we were unable to get a reading with our ohmsmeter so it will undoubtedly need repair on some level. Sold as is.
