VTG 90s Bobby's World Talking Doll Pull String Howie Mandel Tiger Toys 1992

Bobby's head has scuffing and missing paint as shown throughout.

Pull string works and doll does talk.  Its high pitched, but not sure if that is supposed to be that way.

Some light staining on rest of plush doll.  Smoke free home.
