Condition: Good exterior with minor wear. Good interior with some wear on track pad (see pic). Missing rubber feet on bottom. The screen has some white spots in a few areas. They are not visible when in use depending on the background. They spots are most visible against a white background

About the Battery: BIOS reports "Poor" battery health. Dell laptop battery health generally ranges from Excellent, Good, Normal, Moderate, Fair, Poor. The BIOS report on the battery health is the only condition used in this description. The battery may be the original battery. There are no guarantees on the battery. I generally assume batteries are original or aging, and therefore I try to price items as such, depending on the condition reported in BIOS.

If you wish to return an item or items, please contact us first before opening a case. We will get back to you as soon as possible for a resolution. Defective or Not As Described Item(s): If wish to return a defective or not as described item, please contact us first before opening a case. If a return is necessary, generally a full refund will be sent to the buyer after the item(s) are received back and verified for defects. If the item(s) is not defective, a handling and restocking charge will be charged to the buyer. The handling and restocking charge will not exceed 30% of the selling price or $25.00, which ever is lowest. If the item(s) was part of a lot, we may pro-rate a refund or send a replacement to buyer.

Changed Mind/Ordered Wrong Item: It is the buyers responsibility to ask questions before purchasing. Requests to return an item(s) for the reason "Changed Mind" or "Ordered Wrong Item" a restocking charge will be charged to the buyer. The handling and restocking charge will not exceed 30% of the selling price or $25.00, which ever is lowest.

Return Shipping: Please return item(s) in the same packing material and box or use a similar box and packing. Items received back with damage due to poor packing will result in a reduction of the refund depending on the damage.
