POSTAGE AND PACKING 

  • Most orders placed before 2 PM (Mon-Fri) will be dispatched the same day.

  • Orders placed after 2 PM will be dispatched the next working day.

  • Bank/public holidays and weekends  are excluded from this policy.

  • All orders are sent with DPD for next-day delivery. for text notification please ensure you have your mobile number on your contact details.

  • Postage included packaging cost aswell  as courier costs

Returns Information:

  • 30-day return policy.

  • Buyer pays for return shipping if the item is purchased in error or is no longer needed.

  • Seller covers return shipping if the item is not as described, damaged during transit, or faulty (unless sold as "spares or repair").

  • For new items, there may be a deduction in return value due to loss of value as the item can no longer be sold as new.
