Superbly constructed of the HIGHEST designer-unsigned quality!!! Most likely this was originally part of a vintage set with one of the other matching pieces like necklace or earrings bearing the Maker's name. It was common for the pins to not get marked.  This one bears all the characteristics of a top name like Hattie Carnegie, Jomaz, Mazer, Boucher, Lisner, or Trifari.  It has super high quality rich brushed textured goldtone & a dazzling centerpiece area with rich multi-color crystal rhinestones along the leafy tendrils of the branch that looks like a flaming torch.  There are 3 rhinestone rows & a stem...all richly brushed & textured with contoured 3-D & much openwork.  No others like it found on internet search!
