Our mission is to ship your item as safe and quickly as possible. All items are shipped the next business day after payment unless other arrangements are made. Our central location in the USA provides you delivery in 2-4 business days.

TRACKING
Tracking numbers are uploaded to eBay as soon as the item ships. To find your tracking number, click My eBay, then select your purchase history. The tracking number will be listed under the item's title. Click on the tracking number for more details.

SHIPPING METHODS
We use Priority Mail for small items and Fedex Ground for most larger items (see * below). Please provide street address for delivery.

Please read the following about our freight:

1. All products that must be shipped via freight (large and heavy items such as motors etc.) have no additional cost as long as a business address that is deliverable by a freight truck is provided.
   
2. No freight shipment will leave our facility until we have verified the address provided meets the proper criteria.
   
3. Business address must have a loading dock or a fork lift to unload product from the trailer. The business address must be in a business district.
   
4. We do have options to delivery outside this criteria at an extra charge to the customer. Here is the additional options and fees associated with each option.
   
   • Private residence -$102 per occurrence.
     
   • Limited Access Locations- $102 per occurrence (schools, hospitals, businesses located outside a business district).
     
   • Lift gate service- $102 per occurrence (if your item is too large and you are shipping to a private residence this may be required to remove the item from the truck).

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship internationally through eBay Global Shipping Program.

Payments

Payment is required with in 3 days of a purchase. We use the automated eBay unpaid bidder tool for unpaid items.

We leave positive feedback at the time of payment.

We accept all major credit cards and Paypal through eBay.

Returns

All item returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Items returned without an RMA number will not qualify for a refund.

Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving the item. After 30 days all sales are considered final.

International returns will not be accepted.

Guarantee

All parts (except those below) have a 30-day guarantee.
REBUILT Engines -- 180 days (6 months)
Hondamatics -- 90 days (3 months)

Bearings, bushings, gaskets, seals, cables, petcocks, clutch plates, brake pads, sprockets, pistons and rings are all wear items and are not guaranteed by us unless stated specifically that they are good in the listing. Also, all parts are used unless otherwise noted in the listing description.
