Please read the following shipping terms carefully.

Shipping: Starting with my new listings you will have two options for shipping 1) eBay’s standard envelope or 2) usps ground advantage. At check out it will default to eBay’s standard envelope. If you want the ground advantage you will have to choose that option at check out before making payment. EBay’s standard envelope for coins is the cheapest way to ship coins. However it takes longer and with fewer tracking updates. These shipments are unable to go through a sorting machine, and must be processed by hand. Tracking usually only updates at big hubs or distribution centers. Letter carriers do have the capability to scan these because there is not a bar code on the package. Because of that, they may be scanned as delivered at the last distribution center and still may be a day or two out. When this happens you will see the item “delivered” to your town vs. in or at your mailbox. Tracking is only available through your order details or eBay summary. The USPS does not recognize the tracking number on the standard envelope. USPS ground advantage has more tracking and generally faster but it may be as much as 5 times the cost. Regardless of which shipping you choose, realize I am not Amazon with a small army of workers and a fleet of trucks. I rely on the Post Office. The government agency that is the punchline to many jokes. All shipping delivery dates are ESTIMATES. I do my best to get your shipment out as quickly as I can. I travel for work. If you do not get a notification that your item has shipped within a day, then that means I am away from home at work (which pays far more than eBay). I may print your label at the hotel business center with actual shipping a day or two out when I get home. If you do not see that tracking has updated this is mostly likely what is going on. With both shipping options, I can not tell you any more information than what tracking shows.

If you are using eBay’s mobile site or app. These platforms do not allow you to request total for multiple items from your cart. If you make payment from these platforms I will refund any extra shipping fees that apply.

International buyers, shipping is available through Ebay's global shipping program. I cannot combine shipping when using this program. Email me for alternative methods if interested in multiple items before placing a bid. I do not the set the cost for these shipments, Ebay does. Shipping goes through a third party so shipping fees are much higher than if I shipped it myself. eBay how ever is making it mandatory to use their shipping program to ship international. This method will provide you with tracking all the way through and I will now ship any where in the world.

As far as payment goes. Please pay within 3 days and if payment is not received in 7 days a claim will be opened through eBay. This is where an email from you is really helpful. If you need more time, let me know communication is key.

I do not accept returns unless the item is grossly miss represented. I have had people try to return a different item and have had dealers try to return items with their own price tags still on it that they could not sell at the local show or in their shop. That is where you need to ask questions. The item in the picture is the item you will receive. I do not use stock photos. I do not place a grade on any medal I sell. Look at the pictures carefully and make your own judgement of condition and grade.
