This is a private mailing card, which predates postcards. Listed as an Independence Hall Souvenir Card, it is postmarked 1900 from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and features views of Independence Hall, the Liberty Bell and the desk and chair where the Declaration of Independence was signed.  The message dated June 18, 1900 is from a father to his daughter, detailing the important events that took place in the room at Independence Hall where he is writing the message and requests that the card be preserved.

Postcard may have normal wear associated with old postcards such as creases and bent corners.    See pics for details and conditions.
