This is Mad Magazine, Issue #290 from October 1989. The cover features Alfred E. Neumann in the Ghostbusters logo. See the picture of the table of contents for the articles in this issue.

Magazine is in very good to excellent condition.   Please note condition of spine.  It has some tears and staples are loose, but still intact.  Magazine may have minor creases, paper loss, and wear along edges and corner due to age. 

Please check pics thoroughly for details concerning condition.  Magazine is bagged with cardboard backing to protect against further damage.
