Current Postage & Dispatch Information

In line with current Government regulations and advice, we are still able to pick and send items. If the situation changes and we are unable to despatch your item, we will be in touch to find an appropriate solution.

For collection of items, we are in the inner city of Leicester near the river soar. Collection of goods is possible between 9am-4pm Monday - Saturday (other collection times may be possible)

Returns

Items can be returned to us within 14 days. If an item is faulty or you believe not as described, please message us and we will try our best to sort it. 

Shipping

We aim to dispatch within 2 working days and ship using Royal Mail or Parcelforce. All items come with a proof of postage or tracking number and will normally be sent second class. Please message us if you require a faster postage option or with special details. Global shipping available through eBay GSP. If you would like a direct global shipping quote, please get in touch. 

Payment

Payments through PayPal within 3 days of purchase. Cash & Card Payments on collection will be accepted for larger items and items can be collected from our Hub located in the inner city of Leicester. Alternatively, we can offer a delivery service within Leicestershire & Rutland for additional charges (Please message us if you require a delivery service)
