Grinch's Small Heart Water Globe

Overall in excellent condition but the water level has dropped some and is partially cloudy but overall clearer than not. 

Comes in original box and styrofoam packing inside. The outer box is in great shape but has normal wear and tear to it with small dings or scuffs and small blemishes but nothing major to note. 

I am not sure if you can change the water in this unit like a normal snow globe. Dept 56 calls this a "water globe" and you can check the validity of this item per their website but the unit is retired. There are no other listings or information for this unit that I can find and seems to be an extremely rare piece.
