This Ring Video Doorbell (2nd Generation) is NOT WORKING PROPERLY. I’m not sure exactly what’s wrong but I think it is the battery. It charges up to approximately 70% then stops. When I press the orange reset button on the back, the white light does not spin. I can’t get it to reconnect to the Ring app or my WiFi. This will not come with any extra accessories, only what is pictured. If you have any questions please send me a message.
