Works when wound up. Celluloid Santa in very nice condition-no cracks or chips. Tin litho is in very nice condition nice and bright, little to no scratches or dings. Well cared for. Not sure if writing on balloon is original but looks great. Little bell rings when wound. Signed on the license plate. Great collectible and save for Christmas fun! Selling as is/no returns.
