Vtg. Handpainted Faience Blue White Napkin Rings? Set 4 Different Designs Signed

I think these are napkin rings but one edge is not glazed. They are EACH handpainted with a different scene. And each signed by the artist. Either from Portugal or Italy. Faience/Porcelain. Appear never used. Great condition.
