Usage Guide:
Step 1: Gather the materials: including the furnace body, insulation/lining crucible, propane tank and burner, a lid, as well as metal samples.
Step 2: Be careful of safety: high quality equipment like safety goggles, face shield, heat-resistant gloves and heavy apron are recommended.
Step 3: Build the foundry: Compose the outer body, line the foundry bottom, interior floor and walls, drill an entrance hole for the propane tank, create a lip then insert the crucible.
Step 4: Position the foundry over sand or dirt, place the crucible in, turn on the propane burner, cover with the lid.
Step 5: Place metal pieces in the crucible, and check the temperature.
Step 6: Pour melted metal into a mold or cast to shape it, then let it get cool.
