PIONEER PL-630 TURNTABLE

Up for sale today is a Pioneer PL-630 Quartz PLL automatic turntable. This turntable is working, but it does have a couple of small issues. Please read below:

-Tone arm moves to start position when pressing start, but does not set down on the record (gets near it, then lowers)
-Repeat function sometimes comes on automatically

Other than the above mentioned issues, the turntable functions like it should. It plays through an album at correct speeds using both Quartz Lock, and manual adjustment for both 33 and 45 RPM. Cue function works as it should, tone arm picks up and puts itself away as it should.

Cosmetically the turntable is in nice condition for 49 years old. The brushed aluminum has minor wear from previous usage, the tone arm assembly is in excellent physical condition. The original dust cover has a crack that has been repaired at some point in its history, it is strong and sturdy, but you can visually see the crack.

Turntable does have replacement rubber isolators installed for the feet.

Great turntable for someone with the skills to make it fully operational, or use it as is. Includes the Original Pioneer head shell that came with the PL-630, and a Pioneer PC-330 cartridge, with the original factory Pioneer stylus which is in excellent condition.

Sold AS-IS due to the functional and cosmetic issues. There are no returns or refunds, and there is no warranty offered. All sales are final. Turntable will be carefully packaged, using the proper shipping screws to ship the turntable, platter will be removed and packaged separately from the table so it does not damage the turntable.

  • This Pioneer PL-630 turntable does NOT come with any warranty. There are no returns accepted on this turntable. All sales are final.
  • We do not accept returns for items that are damaged from shipping or improper use/installation/abuse.
  • We will not accept returns for the turntable for anything else. It will leave our facility in new packaging, in the condition pictured and described above.
  • This Pioneer PL-630 turntable has been carefully cataloged to prevent false warranty claims & part swapping.
