The Squale 1521 Ocean has been the staple model of what it used to be, in the 1960s and 70s the iconic skin-diver watch. Many dive watch enthusiasts acknowledged that Squale has been making this tropical dive watch cases for many brands like Aquastar, Doxa and Blancpain just to name a few. Today, Squale continues to emerge without much changes to the original for collectors today, allowing much enjoyment in ownership of the original design, synonymous with the Squale brand.

The 1521 Ocean's case dimension stays true at 41mm wide and 48mm lugs to lugs and 12.5mm slim. The unique case construction also meant that the 500m watch can be kept at a slim 12.5mm. The contemporary footprint means that the 1521 Ocean is exceptionally comfortable on the wrist. The Squale 1521 has a uni-directional 120 click bezel. The screwdown crown is located at 4 O'clock. Topping it off, sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coating for added toughness and clarity.
