Player II Modified Series Upgrades for Modern Players
The Player II Modified Active Jazz Bass V is a classic bass designed with the modern player in mind.
Every detail of the neck supports playability, including the Modern “C” neck shape, silky satin urethane finish on the back, 9.5-inch-radius slab rosewood or one-piece maple fingerboard, smoothly rolled fingerboard edges, and 20 medium-jumbo frets.
The alder body delivers Fender's signature punchy tone and is available in a variety of new color finishes.
The Player II Noiseless pickups deliver the classic growl of a jazz bass while suppressing unwanted noise.
In addition, the all-new active preamp features active and passive tone controls and an EQ section, giving players the perfect tools to tailor their sound to their ideal tone.
The four-saddle HiMass bridge, tapered-shaft tuning machines, and TUSQ nut provide incredible tuning stability.
