Payments:

  • I accept PayPal only. I reserve the right to file Non-Paying claim, if payment is not received after 7 days
  • I also offer local pick up service. (Edmonton, Alberta)

Shipping:

  • Shipping carriers: Canada Post (USPS), or UPS.  For larger crated items, I will do my best to find the best rate from a few carriers.

  • If you have your own shipping account, I will consider using that. A completed PDF with the waybill and any other information must be sent to me so I can print it off.

  • Orders are usually shipped out within 1 business day via Canada Post and will usually arrive with USPS in the united states. (Friday orders will be processed on the following Monday.) Confirmation of shipment will be sent to your registered email address. Please allow 2-8 business days to receive your orders.
  • You have 2 days to report shipment damage or a problem with your order after receiving it.
