The deck powers up, has faint sound on left channel and some static on the right but no sound. Otherwise it seems to be complete inside and out with new Toshiba transistors (35 old ones are present), new VU lamps, pinch roller looks great, switches and pots seem to be clean and smooth, tensioners work great, strong FF and REV, nice shape over all but not perfect. I suspect re-capping and calibrating should do the trick but not sure. Face plate has some scratches but not too bad. Side panels have small scratches as well but nothing major. Back cardboard has stains on it but seems to be holding up OK. Back feet are in great shape. Top and bottom gray plates are in good shape. Previous owner could no longer finish this project. No reels or hubs included. Please view the detailed photos. Priced very low for quick sale. No returns, I explained very clearly this deck does not have sound, it needs work. Sold for parts as is with no refunds! It will be padded and packed very well.
