The Made in Japan Godzilla Stratocaster Blue is a special collaboration between the world-famous Godzilla monster film series, celebrating its 70th anniversary since its 1954 release, and Fender's Stratocaster, which also celebrates its 70th anniversary in 2024. The design is inspired by Godzilla's power and charm as the "King of the Monsters."
The alder body is laminated with myrtlewood, stained a deep blue, and finished with a gloss finish to express Godzilla's distinctive, imposing presence. The neck features a "Modern C" profile and 22 medium jumbo frets. The Godzilla logo boldly appears near the 12th fret on the fingerboard, creating a striking visual impact.
