Vintage or antique "HUGE" Chain W/ONE 2 1/2" thick x 10" HOOK...not really sure where it would have been used. Chain hook nicely marked AMERICAN CHAIN MFG CO.
Measures right at 41 1/4" and weighs over 20 pounds prior to being packaged...5/8" links...one of the thickest and beefiest hooks I have ever seen being about 2 1/2" thick...6 inches wide...hook is right at 10 1/2" in length.
Shipping offered is priority mail in the large flat rate box...will be the least expensive shipping option to most...was showing up to $70 to some locations going ground advantage due to weight.
I have another chain that almost makes this large chain seem miniature...it probably weighs 200-250 pounds and is local pick-up only...check out my other listings for more.
