A: These are used devices. The white plastic front may have yellowed slightly, and there will be fine scratches and scuffs. The stainless steel back is prone to hairline scratches. We do not polish or “restore” the back to a mirror finish, as that removes material. The screen may have light marks. We provide honest, clear photos.
A: This is crucial. Please send us a message before purchasing stating your desired capacity (e.g., “I want a 60GB model”). We will confirm if we have a tested unit in that configuration available and reserve it for you. This prevents disappointment and errors.
A: The 4th Gen iPod can sync music over USB, but it requires FireWire to charge unless you have a specific high-power USB port/cable. We include a FireWire charge/sync cable, or you can purchase a FireWire power adapter separately. This is a normal characteristic of this model.
