This CTFT. note from the American Civil War features a portrait of Lucy Pickens at the center, the wife of the Governor of South Carolina. At the lower left is a Vignette with figures representing the army and artillery branches of the military. George Wythe Randolph, the Secretary of War, is featured in the lower right corner. 

This Civil War era CTFT. grades Uncirculated with light handling and minor toning.

It measures ~ 7.25" x 3".
