The Venom Power Terra Hunter X/T 2 is an extreme terrain, all weather tire made for light trucks and SUVs. The model has some commercial van sizes available as well. Venom Power offers a 50,000 mile treadwear warranty with this model.

Maintaining the surface contact enables controllability on different terrains. The aggressive tread pattern maintains road contact at all times. It improves steering responsiveness and driving stability. The steering response time is faster and more precise to the driver’s commands, while the structure is secured against driving pressure. On the other hand, the wide shoulder blocks upgrade the tire’s cornering and maneuvering. These elements enable the driver to have full control over the vehicle and promote a safe driving experience.

The model ensures excellent extreme terrain traction. This rugged tread design updates the soft, loose, and uneven terrain grip. The tread blocks and the rubber compound improve the deep mud and lose dirt performance as well. These tread elements increase the number of biting edges gripping the terrain to ensure a secure performance. The tread’s wide grooves and staggered blocks keep the footprint clean. They eliminate mud and snow from between the tread elements to prevent them from blocking the tire’s contact with the terrain surface. They also avoid stone retention by ejecting rocks from the footprint. This, combined with the durable compound, enhances the tire’s damage resistance and driving safety.

The tire improves its load and driving durability. The strengthened and flexible carcass structure enables the tire to significantly increase its larger load capacity. All weather tires receive the three mountain peak and snowflake (3PMS) symbol for their exceptional winter weather performance. They are all season tires with extra winter weather grip, in order to guarantee safer year-round durability. This ensures their true and secure driving ability throughout the year.

Extreme Terrain tire types are not designed for regular highway driving. They are primarily designed for off-road applications.

Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.
