I believe this is the most popular and most coveted cover in Fangoria magazine's history.  You are looking at Issue 286 which was published in September 2009 showcasing Megan Fox in the movie, "Jennifer's Body".  Not exactly sure why it graded a 6.5 as the cover looks like new off the news stand.  Anyhow, CGC graded this a 6.5 and the serial # is 4672052003. This is 1 of only 4 graded and this is a hard issue to find. Shipping with online signature and protective packaging is $18.
