Pai Mu Tan White Tea

Pai Mu Tan (White Peony) is harvested in the classic & ancient White Tea producing Fujian province in late April early May, this is one of the most naturally processed tea types. The leaves are naturally withered and dried on large blankets in the sun, made in small batches and hand sorted. It has a fresh aroma and a smooth velvety flavour.
Use one slightly heaped teaspoon per cup. For the best flavour use freshly drawn and boiled water, leave boiled water to stand for 1 minute before brewing.
Brew for 3 to 7 minutes, experiment to your taste.
