The Navajo "Camel God" refers to a specific benevolent Yei (Holy Person) figure in Navajo sandpainting's, known as the Humpback Yei or God o Harvest/Plenty depicted with a distinctive hump filled with seeds, representing fertility, and blessing and used in healing ceremonies.  He's one of many Yei, spiritual being or "Holy People" in Navajo culture, and while sometimes shown with a male counterpart (male and female pair) the camel imagery highlights his role in bringing abundance, not relating to actual camels.
