Installation and Precautions:
1. Prepare the right oil for the pump, remember that rehydration is not a good choice.
2. Make sure that the old liquid is completely washed away from the car, otherwise, the new power steering pump will make noise.
3. To avoid noise, you also need to exhaust air from the entire system.
4. Check the hose, if it is found to be damaged, worn and aging, it needs to be replaced. If you fail to perform this step, the new power steering pump will also produce noise, because these hoses will vibrate under high pressure and come into contact with the body, frame or engine oil pan.
*About Noisy:
Check whether the resistance of the suction pipe is too high.
Check whether the pressure adjustment of the safety valve is too high.
The gas in the pump must be evacuated, check the tightness of each joint, prevent air from entering.
*About Leaking:
Check whether the pipes and pipe joints are damaged.
Tighten the fixing screws of the booster pump.
