BEVINSEE solid bushings are a direct upgrade replacement for the stock rubber bushings in the shifter bracket for all VW 02A, 02J, 02M and 02Q transmissions.
Over time, the stock factory bushings can wear out, making shifting inaccurate or even missing gears.
Missed shifts not only cost races, but they can also be a safety hazard. As the gears in the transmission are not fully meshed, the teeth on the gears can fall out.
BEVINSEE upgraded solid bushings will result in more consistent shifting and reduce the likelihood of missed gears.
