Still sealed in manufacturer’s plastic.  That plastic has wear like small tears (See Last Photo for example), scratches/scuffs, and soiling.

Please expect case to have sustained at least scratches/scuffs through the plastic.

Inserts have a little bending and some edge wear.

Do not hear any suspicious sounds from inside, so the CD itself should be in great, unplayed condition.
