I purchased this hat off ebay from a dealer in the Des Moines area.

This hat is a Iowa Cubs hat that was worn by former Outfielder Kimera Bartee during the 2002 season. Bartee played in 133 games. I purchased this hat directly from individual who was close to the team, he said Bartee gave him this hat after the final game of the season. The hat has Bartee's #18 wrote inside the hat. The hat is a New Era hat size 7 1/2 hat.
