THIS PIECE IS HAND KNIT AND FASHIONED OF A BLONDE WOOL WITH SILK FLOSS STITCHING THROUGHOUT WITH RICH RUFFLED FRONT.
SILK RIBBONS WEAVE THROUGH WITH BOWS TRIMMING THE HIGH TOP AND BACK.
SILK TIES ARE AT EACH CORNER.
CONDITION: THERE IS ONE HOLE ON THE FRONT BRIM THAT COULD USE REPAIR, NOTE THE IMAGE. I PERSONALLY WOULD REPLACE THE TIES AS THEY ARE HEAVILY STAINED.
