Return Period
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your package arrived, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Condition of Parts
To be eligible for a return, the part must meet the following criteria:
Uninstalled & Unused: We cannot accept returns on parts that have been installed, bolted on, or greased.
Original Packaging: The item must be in its original manufacturer packaging (if applicable).
Complete: All clips, gaskets, hardware, and instruction manuals must be included.
Fitment Responsibility
The buyer is responsible for verifying fitment before purchase. Please match your original part number or VIN with the listing description. If you are unsure, contact us with your VIN before buying!
Return Shipping Costs
Seller Paid: If the part is defective, damaged in transit, or we sent the wrong item.
Buyer Paid: If the part was purchased by mistake, no longer needed, or if the "Compatibility" notes were ignored (standard eBay "Remorse" returns).
Restocking Fees
Items returned not in the original packaging and/or showing signs of damage may be subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover the loss in resale value.
How to Start a Return

Once approved, pack the item securely to prevent damage during transit.
Refund will be processed within 2-3 business days of us receiving and inspecting the part.
