NECA pirates of the Carribbean clanker figure from dead man's chest. figure is in okay condition however his chain accessory has broken off. please note that I cannot get one of his arms and his head to move. I'm unsure if his head is even meant to move but his arm definitely should, so please note his arm may have been previously glued, hence the lower price
