We have recently acquired the entire stock of a major lighting retailer numbering several thousand items and we are selling everything in our eBay shop. There are a great many interesting lights for sale including Chandeliers, Wall Lights, Table and Floor lamps. A great many items are brand new and factory boxed. Others are ex-display, some of which we have photographed in the showroom, others back at our offices and where possible we have also provided the manufacturers stock photos and information. These items have all been thoroughly tested and are in perfect working condition.
Please allow for a few signs of display use such as dust etc. All ex-display items have been professionally packed ready for shipping to our customers.
If we are only showing stock of a single item of any of these lights, that means regrettably we do NOT have another and there are a great many single items!

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Timings and Postal Methods. We always try to send out purchased items the same day or the next day and certainly within 2 working days of receiving payment. For specialised, large, or fragile items, we will always liaise with you immediately after purchase to discuss preferred methods of delivery and timings. Smaller items will be carefully parcelled and usually sent via either Royal Mail 48 Tracked service or other couriers like Parcelforce of FedEx. We are always happy to use a priority service, at the buyer's expense, if required and we'll combine Shipping Costs for multiple purchases.
Collection Only Items. For larger items such as furniture or more fragile items, we will generally sell as "collections only". However, we are always happy to provide delivery quotes using either one of our vans or those of a National courier. So if collection from the Maidstone area is not possible for you, please do not hesitate to ask us for a delivery quote.
UK Shipping. We ship throughout the UK. We can only use the address provided on your order from eBay. Please note that deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and the Channel Islands will sometimes incur a surcharge, so if you require delivery to any of these regions, please let us know prior to bidding if the cost is a factor of your proposed purchase, or prior to payment of invoice if it isn't.
International Shipping. We are able to ship most items to most addresses throughout the world! Our international shipping is carried out mainly through eBay Global Shipping Program but by prior agreement, especially on large items or multiple purchases, we will happily explore the most suitable and cost-effective postal methods for you. International customers, please contact eBay directly if you have any questions related to GSP shipping and fees and do let us know if we can help.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
Payment is strictly through the eBay payment system. We would ask that payment be made immediately upon purchase, and certainly within 3 days of the auction close unless otherwise agreed with us prior to bidding. We will cancel the order and relist the item if the payment is not made within the agreed time frame.

We value positive feedback and would ask please, if you are happy with your purchase and the service we provide, that you kindly leave us a positive feedback. Should you encounter any problems with your purchase, we would invite you to contact us in order that we might have the opportunity to both understand your issue and to work with you to rectify it.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
If your item does not meet entirely with your approval or has become damaged in transit, please let us know immediately as we would want to step in and try our hardest to resolve the situation. Our policy with returns is to refund purchase costs immediately including all postage charges, as soon as the item has been safely returned to us. If the item is unwanted or has been ordered by mistake, refunds will be given if the item is returned within 30 days, but the purchaser will be responsible for all postage costs. For larger and collection-only items we do not offer returns in line with eBay policy.
