AB 1263 establishes absurd seller, buyer, and shipping requirements that are burdonsome for small business owners while also exposing them to both criminal and civil liabilities for violating the vague language of the bill. I wish I could hide or prohibit the sale of my gun items from buyers in CA, but ebay's seller interface does not currently support this.
