I had no issues with the device, played back a Hi-8 Tape on my TV, rewound etc. but did get this message from a previous purchase/return so I'm selling as is, for parts, no returns:
"I loaded this item with a tape and it did play, although the video signal was vary noisy (had waving color lines), and I tested multiple video cables to make sure that wasn t the cause of the noise. Then, I went to eject the tape and try another, and the machine but none of the buttons responded and the tape wouldn t eject. After power-cycling the deck a few times, I was able to get my tape out, and I didn t risk trying it again. The deck is not a working unit. Can I return it?"
