4 vintage clear Federal glass penny mugs or shot glasses.  These were used in the old-time country stores to measure penny candy.  Have since been painted as souvenirs, used as toothpick holders, shot glasses and other bar ware.  Each is marked with the 'F' inside a  shield on the bottom.  They are in excellent condition - no chips, cracks or stains.
