As a buyer, it?s your responsibility to check which customs and import charges may apply, and to pay them. It's a good idea to check with your country's customs office for more specific details.


  • Ebay's estimated delivery date does not include delays caused by destination country customs processes. Please be aware that customs could add additional time to your parcel delivery so please allow extra time if the tracking shows your item is with customs. I would really appreciate it if you do not open a "not received" case if your item is only a few days later than the estimate Ebay give!
From 1 July 2026, the EU are removing the exemption from customs duty for parcels valued at EUR 150 or below. A EUR 3 customs duty charge per item will apply on parcels.
I have adjusted my postage prices to include this extra fee. I am hoping by paying before dispatch will be beneficial to buyers and avoid customs delays. 
Purchases over 150E will still require customs fees payments as per each countries rules
